186.023 Title and registration cancelled upon notice of transfer from another jurisdiction. The Transportation Cabinet shall cancel the registration and title of any motor vehicle <br>registered or titled in Kentucky within thirty (30) days following receipt of notification <br>from another jurisdiction that the Kentucky title issued for such motor vehicle has been <br>surrendered.
