184.160 Entire assessment due in absence of agreement -- Interest -- Collection. In all cases where agreements to pay assessments in installments have not been filed <br>within the time limit, the entire amount of the assessment shall be payable in cash. Any <br>assessment not paid within thirty (30) days from the date of notice, shall bear interest at <br>the rate or rates or method of determining rates as the board of directors deems best from <br>the date of the assessment and levy, and shall be collected by suit.
