183.863 Corporate nature -- Quorum. The commission shall be a body politic and corporate with the usual corporate attributes, <br>including, but not limited to the power to sue and be sued, contract and be contracted with <br>and to do all things reasonable or necessary to effectively carry out the duties prescribed. <br>It shall meet on the call of the chairman or four (4) or more members.
