181.720 Temporary bonds. Prior to the preparation of the bonds provided for in KRS 181.660, the commission may <br>issue temporary bonds with or without coupons. The temporary bonds shall be issued <br>under the restrictions set out in KRS 181.660 to 181.710, and shall be exchangeable for <br>the bonds issued under KRS 181.660.
