181.020 Construction and purchase of interstate bridges and tunnels. All counties having a city of the second class may purchase, construct or reconstruct <br>bridges over or tunnels under any boundary line stream of this state, and may purchase or <br>obtain by gift or otherwise necessary approaches and other property from the adjoining <br>state or subdivision thereof and from any person in the adjoining state.
