179.375 Acceptance of donations of roads and driveways to churches, cemeteries and schools. All counties may accept donations in fee to roads and driveways used by the public in <br>connection with churches, cemeteries and public school buildings. After such acceptance <br>by any county, such roads and driveways shall become a part of the county road system <br>and may be constructed, reconstructed and maintained in accordance with existing law.
