179.010 Definitions.

179.010 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: <br>(1) &quot;County roads&quot; are as defined in KRS 178.010. <br>(2) &quot;County engineer&quot; means county road engineer. <br>(3) &quot;Obstructions&quot; includes any object which prevents the easy, safe and convenient use of a county road for public travel.
