178.385 Enforcement of order or judgment. If any railroad company fails to comply with any order of the fiscal court issued under <br>authority of KRS 178.350 to 178.385 or with a final judgment of the Circuit Court or <br>Court of Appeals, the county through its fiscal court may cause to be instituted in the <br>Circuit Court of the county an action to compel compliance with the order by mandatory <br>process of the court.
