176.124 Work of department personnel restricted to rights-of-way. No officer, agent or employee of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department of <br>Highways, shall perform or cause to be performed any work or provide or cause to be <br>provided services of any nature beyond the right-of-way limits of any public road, nor <br>shall any person accept the work or services of any officer, agent or employee of the <br>department on private property.
