173.370 Annual reports. At the close of its fiscal year the board of trustees of every library shall make a report to <br>the legislative body of the governmental unit wherein the board serves, showing the <br>condition of its trust during the year, the sums of money received for the library fund, the <br>sums of money expended and the purposes of the expenditures, the number of books and <br>bound periodicals on hand, the number added during the year, the number discarded, the <br>number lent, and such other statistics and information and such suggestions as they deem <br>of public interest. A report shall also be filed with the Department for Libraries and <br>Archives at Frankfort, Kentucky, upon forms supplied by said department. History: Created 1944 Ky. Acts ch. 160, sec. 8.
