171.600 Servicing records. The department shall make provisions for the preservation, management, repair and <br>rehabilitation, duplication and reproduction, description, and exhibition of records or <br>related documentary material transferred to it as may be needful or appropriate, including <br>the preparation and duplication of inventories, indexes, catalogs, and other finding aids or <br>guides facilitating their use.
