171.570 Extension of agency retention period.

171.570 Extension of agency retention period. The department may empower any state or local agency, upon the submission of evidence <br>of the need therefor, to retain records for a longer period than that specified in any <br>approved disposal schedule, or by law but the agency shall report all such actions to the <br>commission at its next meeting for approval or disapproval.
