171.550 Processing and servicing records. The department is authorized to establish an interim records center or centers for the <br>storage, processing, and servicing of records of state and local agencies pending their <br>deposit in the State Archives and Records Center or their disposition in any other manner <br>authorized by law, and to establish, maintain and operate centralized microfilming, <br>photostating, indexing, decontamination and lamination and any other records repair and <br>rehabilitation services for state and local agencies.
