171.480 Buildings and facilities. The secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet, at the request of the <br>commission, shall have authority to design, build, purchase, lease, maintain, operate, <br>protect, and improve buildings or facilities, including a state archives and records center <br>building, used for the storage of noncurrent records of state and local agencies. The <br>cabinet shall have custody and control of all such buildings and facilities and their <br>contents. History: Amended 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 92, sec. 37. -- Created 1958 Ky.
