171.170 Department to cooperate with federal government. The department shall cooperate, as required by the Acts of Congress providing federal <br>grants to states for library service, with the United States Commissioner of Education in <br>the administration of the provisions of such Acts, employ personnel and do all things <br>necessary to entitle the State of Kentucky to receive the benefits thereof.
