171.125 Definitions for KRS 171.130 to 171.306. As used in KRS 171.130 to 171.306, unless the context requires otherwise: <br>(1) &quot;Department&quot; means the Department for Libraries and Archives; <br>(2) &quot;Public library&quot; means a library which is established as the countywide library system by any of the methods provided by KRS Chapter 173; and (3) &quot;Library materials&quot; means those print, audiovisual, graphic, cartographic, machine readable, and manuscript materials provided by a library for its users.
