165A.410 Enforcement of law.

165A.410 Enforcement of law. The Attorney General may, at the request of the State Board for Proprietary Education or <br>on his own motion, bring in a Circuit Court appropriate action for the enforcement of the <br>provisions of this chapter. Any such action under this section may, at the discretion of the <br>Attorney General, be brought either in the county in which the violation occurred or in the <br>Franklin Circuit Court, or other appropriate court.
