164A.815 Records -- Reports. Records shall be maintained for all receipts and disbursements from the fund and an <br>annual audit of the transactions shall be conducted as part of the University of Kentucky <br>annual audit at the end of each fiscal year. A quarterly financial report shall be prepared <br>by the trustees and a copy of this report shall be submitted to the executive director of the <br>Legislative Research Commission and to the Governor.
