164A.315 Office facilities, clerical and administrative support for endowment trust. The board shall provide to the endowment trust, by agreement, administrative and clerical <br>support and office facilities and space. Reasonable charges or fees may be levied against <br>the endowment trust pursuant to the agreement for the services provided by the board, the <br>provision of office space and clerical and administrative support being deemed and <br>declared to be provided for a valid public purpose of the Commonwealth.
