164A.130 Obligations issued under chapter are negotiable instruments. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing provisions of this chapter or any recitals in any <br>obligations issued under the provisions of this chapter, all such obligations and interest <br>coupons appertaining thereto shall be and are hereby made negotiable instruments under <br>the laws of this state, subject only to any applicable provisions for registration.
