An application for registration or renewal of registration must be accompanied by a fee in <br>the following amount: <br>(1) An initial application for registration fee determined by the office, not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300); (2) An annual renewal fee determined by the office, not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300); or (3) An application for registration fee based upon certification of registration or licensure issued by another state determined by the office, not to exceed two <br>hundred fifty dollars ($250).
