164.640 Organization. On or before January 15 following the creation of the extension board, the county <br>judge/executive shall call all duly appointed board members together for an organization <br>meeting. The county judge/executive shall serve as chairman until all officers are elected. <br>The officers of the board shall consist of a chairman, vice chairman, secretary and <br>treasurer. The positions of secretary and treasurer may be held by the same person and <br>this person may be other than a board member, with the approval of the director of <br>extension.
