Upon certification by the Department of Military Affairs that the member is eligible, the <br>Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority shall, to the extent that funds have been <br>appropriated and are available to the National Guard Tuition Award Program, pay to the <br>educational institution an amount up to or equal to the in-state tuition costs of full-time or <br>part-time study.
