163.095 Application of bequests or donations. All bequests or donations made for a specified use with regard to the state vocational <br>education program, vocational education facilities, vocational education personnel, or <br>present or prospective vocational education pupils shall be applied to that use and no <br>other so long as it is consistent with appropriate Kentucky Revised Statutes and the state <br>plan for vocational education.
