162.250 Maintenance fund surplus to be transferred to sinking fund. If a surplus is accumulated in the maintenance fund equal to the cost of maintaining the <br>building during the remainder of the calendar or fiscal year, as may be provided by the <br>ordinance required by KRS 162.230, and the cost of maintaining and operating the <br>building for the succeeding like calendar or fiscal year, the excess over such amount shall <br>be transferred to the sinking fund.
