162.066 Restriction on award of contracts by construction manager.

162.066 Restriction on award of contracts by construction manager. When a construction manager is utilized in construction, maintenance, repairs, or <br>renovation or expansion of school facilities the construction manager shall not award <br>construction contracts to any company which the manager owns or in which the manager <br>has a financial interest if less than two (2) bids are accepted.
