The employees of the Teachers' Retirement System shall endeavor to provide full and <br>complete information to all inquiries presented by members or beneficiaries of members. <br>The members or beneficiaries of the members shall assume full responsibility for <br>obtaining adequate and sufficient information concerning their eligibility for retirement <br>benefits, for selection of the type of benefit available to them, and for adherence to the <br>employment restrictions applicable to retired members.
