161.320 Record of proceedings -- Annual report.

161.320 Record of proceedings -- Annual report. The board of trustees shall keep a record of all its proceedings which shall be open to <br>public inspection. It shall publish on or before January 1 of each year a report giving an <br>account of the operation of the system, showing the fiscal transactions of the system for <br>the preceding year and the amount of the accumulated cash and securities of the system, <br>and containing the last balance sheet showing the financial condition of the system.
