161.159 Adoption of rules and regulations to implement life insurance program. The Kentucky Board of Education, upon the recommendation of the chief state school <br>officer, shall adopt rules and regulations to implement the state life insurance program <br>provided for employees of the common schools subject to the following standards: <br>(1) The life insurance program shall cover both certified and noncertified common school personnel. (2) The life insurance program shall be made available to all regular full-time personnel as defined by the Kentucky Board of Education regulations.
