160.520 Penalties for tax delinquency -- General laws apply. The laws applying to penalties on and the collection of delinquent school taxes, except <br>the taxes imposed by KRS 160.613 to 160.617 shall be the same as the general laws <br>applying to penalties on and the collection of delinquent taxes of the taxing districts <br>which embrace the various school districts.
