160.472 Determination of maximum permissible school district revenue. Notwithstanding any provisions of this chapter to the contrary, the tax rate on motor <br>vehicles and trailers for the preceding year shall be applied to the preceding year's total <br>valuation of such motor vehicles and trailers and the resulting amount added to the <br>revenue from other tangible personal property for purposes of determining the maximum <br>permissible school district revenue under KRS 160.470.
