159.090 Directors of pupil personnel for united districts. Two (2) or more contiguous school districts may unite to form one (1) attendance district <br>and the superintendent of schools of the districts shall appoint directors of pupil personnel <br>as are necessary. The salary of directors of pupil personnel in united districts shall be <br>borne by the employing boards in the proportion that the average daily attendance of each <br>district bears to the total average daily attendance of the united district.
