157.190 Funds for textbooks, programs, and instructional materials for children in specified facilities. The Kentucky Department of Education shall cooperate with the Kentucky Educational <br>Collaborative for State Agency Children to distribute funds for textbooks, programs, and <br>instructional materials for use by children placed in facilities and programs operated or <br>contracted by the Department of Juvenile Justice or the Cabinet for Health and Family <br>Services' residential, day treatment, clinical, and group home programs.
