157.100 Funds for textbooks, programs, and instructional regulation for free distribution. The Commonwealth of Kentucky shall provide funds for textbooks, programs, and other <br>instructional materials that shall be distributed under an administrative regulation <br>promulgated by the Kentucky Board of Education without cost to pupils attending grades <br>kindergarten through twelve (12) of the public schools of the state, in the manner and <br>upon the conditions set out in KRS 157.110 and 157.180.
