156.749 Administrative expenses -- Meetings. (1) Administrative expenses of the commission will be borne by the respective participating agencies, as a part of each agency's normal budget for basic operations. <br>In each year, the agency represented by the chairman shall provide any necessary <br>staff support required, including provision of a secretary, whose duties shall include <br>the taking of minutes and distribution thereof. The agency represented by the <br>chairman shall make arrangements for meeting facilities. (2) All meetings will be held in Frankfort, Kentucky, upon the call of the chairman or a majority vote of the membership. In the initial year, the commissioner of the <br>Department of Workforce Investment shall serve as chairperson. Effective: July 12, 2006 <br>History: Amended 2006 Ky.
