<![CDATA[156.430 Violation of bond -- Suit on bond. The superintendent of schools of each school district shall notify the chief state school <br>officer of any violation of any of the conditions in any bond which has been filed. If the <br>chief state school officer finds that a violation has occurred, he shall instruct the Attorney <br>General to bring suit on the bond. Any sum recovered in such suit shall be paid into the <br>State Treasury. Effective: July 13 ,1990 <br>History: Amended 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 476, Pt.
