156.240 Chief state school officer to publish school laws. The chief state school officer shall prepare for publication biennially, the complete school <br>laws of the state, including abstracts of decisions of the Court of Justice, and opinions and <br>interpretations of the Attorney General and the chief state school officer. He shall explain <br>the true intent and meaning of the school laws and the published administrative <br>regulations of the Kentucky Board of Education, and in doing so he shall freely consult <br>the Attorney General.
