156.138 Duty of Attorney General. The Attorney General, upon the written recommendation of either the Governor, the <br>Auditor of Public Accounts, the chief state school officer, or the Kentucky Board of <br>Education, shall institute the necessary actions to recover school funds, from any source, <br>which he believes have been erroneously or improperly allowed or paid to any person.
