154.47-035 Biennial status reports -- Recommendation to General Assembly on hubs. (1) On or before January 15, 1996, and biennially on or before January 15 thereafter, the board shall submit to the Interim Joint Committee on Economic Development of <br>the Legislative Research Commission a written status report on its projects and <br>activities. (2) On or before January 15, 1996, the board shall submit to the General Assembly a recommendation concerning the location and funding of two (2) additional <br>secondary wood products hubs to form a statewide network, in conjunction with the <br>Quicksand Wood Utilization Center, to support the secondary wood products <br>industry. Any hub located outside of the areas designated for funding under KRS <br>42.4592 shall not be funded by revenues allocated under KRS 42.4586. Effective: July 15, 1994 <br>History: Created 1994 Ky.
