154.33-555 Construction of KRS 154.33-501 to 154.33-585. (1) Nothing contained in KRS 154.33-501 to 154.33-585 shall be construed or interpreted as precluding the corporation from jointly participating with any person <br>in the funding of any project within the region. (2) Nothing contained in KRS 154.33-501 to 154.33-585 shall be construed or interpreted as authorizing the corporation to engage in the business of banking.
