<![CDATA[154.33-545 Bonds. The corporation shall be authorized to borrow money and to issue bonds to carry out the <br>corporation's purposes and functions. All bonds issued by the corporation shall be in the <br>manner as prescribed by KRS 65.270; however, the corporation may issue bonds bearing <br>interest rates not to exceed the market rate at the time of issue, KRS 65.270(3) and (6) <br>notwithstanding.
