As used in KRS 154.12-300 to 154.12-310, unless the context indicates otherwise: <br>(1) &quot;Affiliate&quot; means an ICC identified as the headquarters for program activity in a region or subregion; (2) &quot;Commissioner&quot; means the commissioner of the Department of Commercialization and Innovation established in KRS 154.12-278; (3) &quot;ICC&quot; means the Kentucky Innovation and Commercialization Center; <br>(4) &quot;Region&quot; means a geographic area of Kentucky designated as having a unique innovation strategic plan by the Department of Commercialization and Innovation; <br>and (5) &quot;Satellite&quot; means an office of an affiliate in a region.
