The corporation shall annually submit a complete and detailed report of its activities <br>within one hundred twenty (120) days after the end of each fiscal year to the Legislative <br>Research Commission and to the Governor. The annual report shall include, but not be <br>limited to, descriptions of all programs funded, an evaluation of the performance of each <br>program, a summary of expenditures, and a detailed description of the participants.
