153.398 Kentucky bicentennial celebration trust fund. Any funds appropriated by the General Assembly and any other revenue otherwise made <br>available to the Kentucky Bicentennial Commission for the bicentennial celebration, to <br>cover personnel costs and operating expenses incurred and to provide grants for <br>bicentennial projects approved by the commission, shall be placed in the Kentucky <br>bicentennial celebration trust fund.
