153.394 Executive committee -- Meetings.

153.394 Executive committee -- Meetings. (1) The chairman of the commission and nine (9) of its members selected by the commission, shall constitute an executive committee which shall act for the <br>commission in the formulation, direction and execution of its policies. (2) Meetings of the executive committee shall be called by the chairman of the commission, who shall be appointed by the Governor. Effective: July 15, 1986 <br>History: Created 1986 Ky.
