153.360 Commission members' expenses -- Compensation -- Disbursement of funds. The commission may disburse any and all funds appropriated by the General Assembly, <br>any funds received from any state agency and may apply for, receive and disburse funds <br>from the federal government or any public agency or private organization for purposes of <br>carrying out the provisions of KRS 153.310 to 153.370. Neither commission members <br>nor the chairman shall be entitled to compensation for their services on or for the <br>commission, but shall be entitled to reimbursement for all necessary expenses incurred in <br>connection with the performance of their duties. The commission shall be attached to the <br>Office of the Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky for administrative purposes. History: Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 128, sec. 6.
