In enacting KRS 151B.180 to 151B.210, it is the intention of the General Assembly of <br>Kentucky to provide for and improve the vocational rehabilitation of citizens of the <br>Commonwealth of Kentucky with physical and mental disabilities in order that they may <br>increase their social and economic well-being and the productive capacity of the <br>Commonwealth and nation.
