Page 1 of 1 151B.030 Organizational structure of Office of Career and Technical Education -- Ombudsman. The Office of Career and Technical Education shall have the following organizational <br>structure: <br>(1) The secretary of the Education and Workforce Development Cabinet shall appoint an executive director of career and technical education pursuant to KRS 12.050 and <br>assign duties as appropriate; (2) There is hereby created a Division of Secondary Education and Technical Training within the Office of Career and Technical Education. The division shall be headed <br>by a director appointed by the secretary of the Education and Workforce <br>Development Cabinet under KRS 12.050. The division shall be composed of <br>organizational entities as deemed appropriate by the secretary of the Education and <br>Workforce Development Cabinet; (3) The appointing authority shall appoint an ombudsman pursuant to KRS 12.050 and specify his or her functions and duties; and (4) The Kentucky Technical Education Personnel Board, pursuant to KRS 151B.097, shall be attached to the Office of Career and Technical Education for administrative <br>purposes.
