151.295 Regular inspections of dams and reservoirs.

151.295 Regular inspections of dams and reservoirs. The public safety and welfare requiring it, the secretary shall conduct a program of <br>regular inspections of dams and reservoirs within the state. The frequency of such <br>inspections shall be as determined by the secretary, who may establish different <br>inspection intervals. History: Amended 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 74, Art.
