Each year when the Auditor of Public Accounts conducts the statewide single audit of the <br>Commonwealth of Kentucky, the Auditor of Public Accounts shall with respect to the <br>Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources: <br>(1) Examine the separate revenue streams of each account within the game and fish fund to ensure compliance with the prohibition against commingling of funds; (2) Disaggregate and report the revenue and expenditures, by type, within the program income fund of the fish and game fund; (3) Identify internal controls, weaknesses, operating inefficiencies, and make recommendations for improvements; and (4) Submit a written report to the Interim Joint Committee on Natural Resources and Environment in conjunction with the release of the statewide single audit of the <br>Commonwealth of Kentucky.
